If you pay for every click, a weak page is the most expensive mistake in your funnel. A visitor from a Snapchat, TikTok or Google ad decides in seconds whether the page matches what they were promised.
Build the page around one goal and you will usually beat a general homepage.
A converting ad landing page repeats the promise of the ad, shows one offer and one action, loads fast on mobile, asks for as little as possible, and is measured from the first day.
Match the message of the ad
The headline should echo the ad almost word for word. If the ad says "Free consultation for your villa design", the page headline says the same, not your company slogan. Match the offer, the price and the visual style too.
Create one page per campaign or audience rather than sending everyone to the same place.
One offer, one action
Remove the main navigation and everything that competes with the goal. The page needs:
- A headline stating the benefit, and a sub-line with who it is for.
- One primary button (book, get a quote, order on WhatsApp), repeated after each section.
- Proof: ratings, client logos, before and after photos, real numbers you can back up.
- Price or what happens next, so there are no surprises.
- A short FAQ answering the three objections you hear most.
A short form and a fast page
Ask only for what you need to follow up: name and phone, maybe one qualifying question. Each extra field loses people. Offer a WhatsApp button as an alternative to the form.
Most ad traffic arrives on phones, so design for a 390 px screen first, compress images and avoid heavy sliders. Test it on mobile data, not only on office Wi-Fi.
Consent, tracking and iteration
Add a short consent line next to the form saying how you will contact the person, in line with local data protection rules such as the PDPL in Saudi Arabia. Install the ad platform's pixel or tag, and track form submissions and WhatsApp clicks as conversions.
With Uttra: "Build a landing page for my Dubai interior design ad: headline 'Free design consultation', three portfolio images, four testimonials, a short form with name and phone, and a WhatsApp button, in Arabic and English." Then change the headline by chat and compare versions.
